New View Alliance sets Job fair hiring event
Sign-On Bonus of up to $1,000 based on position
BUFFALO, LOCKPORT, NY - New View Alliance in collaboration with partner organizations Gateway Longview and New Directions Youth and Family Services will hold a two-day Job Fair Hiring Event. The Job Fair will take place on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 1 pm – 6 pm at New Directions Wyndham Lawn Campus, 6395 Old Niagara Road, Lockport, NY and Friday October 22, 2021, from 12 pm – 5 pm at Gateway-Longview, 6350 Main Street, Williamsville, NY.
Gateway Longview and New Directions Youth and Family Services have immediate needs to hire Full-time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions based in Buffalo, Lockport, Niagara Falls, and Williamsville, NY. Candidates are needed to fill a range of job opportunities including Youth Support Specialists, Care Coordinators, Mental Health Clinicians, Special Education classroom positions and more. Human Resources representatives will be on hand as well as hiring managers. Interviews will be completed on site and competitive offers may be made to qualified candidates on the spot. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 will be offered based on position.

Medical and Dental Insurance
Medical and Dental insurance are available to employees who regularly work a minimum of twenty hours per week. Coverage is normally effective on the first day of the month following the date of hire with an employer contribution of up to 90% for medical plan.

Gateway Longview provides a Group Term Life Insurance Plan for employees who have completed one year of service and who regularly work a minimum of twenty hours per week. Additional voluntary life insurance options are also available.
Tuition and Professional Development
Certain positions who are working to invest in their professional career through higher education or professional development will be eligible for up to $8,000 reimbursement for degrees or $750 for certifications.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts are available to employees who regularly work a minimum of twenty hours per week and enroll in certain medical plans. These accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for unreimbursed health care expenses as well as dependent care expenses.
Employees receive company-paid long-term disability insurance after one year of employment.
403b Retirement Savings Plan
we want employees to be prepared for the future by allowing them to start contributing immediately to their retirement account upon hire. After being employed for one year, we provide employees up to a 3.5% employer contribution into their retirement account.
