The first step in becoming a volunteer is filling out our Volunteer & Intern Application Form.

Once received, we will determine where your qualifications and interests match needs we currently have. We will then follow up with you directly regarding next steps, including meeting with the program director at the site where your help is needed.
Because our agency works directly with children and families in the community, most often volunteers will be asked to complete a background clearance, which is done by our agency. Please keep in mind that this clearance is done via a state registry, and can often take a few weeks to a month to process. A copy of a valid government issued photo identification, references and attendance at agency orientation may also be required, depending on placement.
