Much has changed since Gateway-Longview's inception over a century ago. Increased academic demands, instability in the home, and growing social problems in every community are forcing more and more children and families to seek Gateway-Longview's support and assistance.
However, we cannot care for these deserving children and families alone, especially in this time of budget cuts and shrinking financial resources. Did you know that a gift of $280 will ensure that a vulnerable child enrolled in Gateway-Longview's Niagara Day Care center will receive two healthy balanced meals a day for one month?
A gift of $800 will provide diapers and wipes for an infant in our Foster Care program for a year.
A gift of $6,000 will enable a young man in our Residential Treatment Programs to live in a Gateway-Longview apartment for a year and learn how to become a productive member of society.
