Thank you for your interest in volunteer/interning at Gateway-Longview, Inc. Your participation is a service to your community and helps the youth in our care learn to be better citizens through your example. Below you will find links to complete our Volunteer/Intern Application.
Please complete each component below. Be sure to ATTACH A COPY of valid government issued photo identification to your completed application.

This application helps select the best individuals for their volunteer/intern roles. Once we receive your application, we will determine if your qualifications and interests match our need for volunteers/interns. If such a match is determined, we will then contact you to schedule an interview.
In addition to completing and returning the application, the following steps must be completed prior to beginning your volunteer placement or internship:
1. Informal meeting with Volunteer/Intern Coordinator
2. Interview with Program Director at site of placement
3. Provide 3 written references using the Reference Form for Volunteers/Interns (references provided must match those indicated in the application)
4. Have a TB test administered & read and submit results to the Volunteer/Intern Coordinator
5. Background clearance from Human Resources Department (please note that clearances take a minimum of 1 month to be processed)
6. Attend orientation (interns must also attend training)
